All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time the orders were placed. Orders placed after 2PM EST on Friday, or over the weekend, will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We utilize UPS Ground and USPS Ground services for our standard shipping.
Cost: $5.99 for orders under $50.
Free Shipping:
Orders over $49.99 qualify for free standard shipping.
Priority Shipping:
We currently do not offer priority shipping as an option. If you need faster shipping, please contact us.
Delivery Times:
Delivery times for standard shipping typically range from 3-7 business days, depending on your location and the service utilized. Please refer to your orders tracking number for detailed information and locations alerts.

We accept returns on unopened items that are in their original packaging and condition. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Incorrect Items:
If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, we will gladly accept the return and cover the return shipping costs. Please make sure that the item is unopened to be properly returned.

Once we receive and verify the condition of your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

- Opened items are covered by our satisfaction guarantee above (replacement, restocking fee applies). Defective or incorrect items are replaced at no charge.
